Weekly Spectrum Transaction Summary - July 30, 2021 September 30, 2021 14:00

In this week's spectrum transactions, SoniqWave filed to acquire an EBS license providing spectrum in Virginia from the Hispanic Information and Telecommunications Network (HITN).  This license was not previously leased.  T-Mobile filed two new lease applications for spectrum they did not previously lease in Arizona.  Inland Cellular filed to lease parts of  5 PCS call signs in Washington and Oregon from T-Mobile.  In total, Inland Cellular will access parts of these licenses outside of T-Mobile's constructed network in 6 counties.  In the final two transactions, T-Mobile and 360 Communication effectively exchange EBS licenses in North Texas by subleasing their existing rights to each other.
