Weekly Spectrum Transaction Summary - November 19, 2021 January 19, 2022 08:30

In this week's FCC transactions, AT&T is purchasing 10 counties of a Verizon PCS license in New Hampshire and Maine.  AT&T is acquiring an AWS-1 and PCS license from BPS Telephone in Missouri.  The final assignment transaction has Northwest Communications acquiring a 28GHz license in both Burke and Divide County, ND.  ATNI filed to lease AT&T's PCS spectrum in two Utah counties and T-Mobile filed to re-lease EBS spectrum from the Clarendon Foundation providing continued access to this spectrum in  Nevada, Colorado, Florida, Ohio, and Wyoming.
