In this week's FCC transaction, AT&T filed to acquire 3 AWS-3 frequencies from Verizon in Wyoming, Louisiana and Massachusetts, and in turn, Verizon filed to acquire one AWS and 4 PCS call signs from AT&T in Louisiana, and Alabama. Oldham-Ramona-Rutland School District 39-6 filed to acquire 2 EBS licenses from Rutland School District and Oldham-Ramona-Rutland School District 39-6 in South Dakota. For new leases, SouthernLinc leases 4 SMR 800 Mhz frequencies from T-Mobile  in Florida.
