This item updates and harmonizes FCC rules regarding classification of commercial mobile radio services and private mobile radio services, primarily by eliminating Sections 20.7 and 20.9 of the Commission's rules. (Dkt No.  16-240 ). Action by:  the Commission. Adopted:  12/14/2017 by R&O. (FCC No. 17-167).
