In this week's spectrum transactions, Geolinks filed to acquire a LMDS license in California from Nsight Communications.  This spectrum fits in with the other LMDS licenses that Geolinks purchased from Verizon a few months back.  T-Mobile also filed to acquire an EBS license in Kansas from Southeastern Kansas ESC.  This will provide T-Mobile continued access to these 4 - EBS G channels.  Rocky Mountain Broadband filed two assignment applications for EBS licenses in Colorado.  Rocky Mountain is receiving these licenses from Bridge The Divide Foundation.  In the final transaction, Pioneer Wireless filed a new lease application to access Verizon's AWS-1 spectrum in 6 Kansas counties.

In this week's spectrum transactions T-Mobile filed to acquire five EBS licenses in California, Minnesota, and Nebraska.  Santel Communications also filed to acquire an EBS license in South Dakota.  T-Mobile filed eight new lease applications.  Each of these lease applications provides continued access to EBS spectrum in Washington, Colorado, Michigan, Florida, Ohio, and Alaska.  T-Mobile also filed a new sublease application for continued access to EBS spectrum in Michigan that is leased to Community Telecommunications Network.  In the final three applications, AT&T is leasing parts of their 700MHz and PCS spectrum to ATNI and NEIT Wireless.  In New Mexico, ATNI is leasing PCS spectrum from AT&T covering parts of two counties, while in Iowa, NEIT Wireless is leasing 700MHz spectrum in parts of two counties.
